This is my second weighted fitness bar purchase from LOPE Pilates and it’s a beautiful sleek bar! I use both of these to add strength moves to my stretching and Pilates workouts. Easy to grip and utilise. If they ever make 7 kg and 8 kg versions I’m in!!! Can totally recommend these to anyone.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who complains of tight calves. She is using it to stretch her calves and says it feels fantastic. She is enjoying the softness of the roller under her feet.

This cushion makes using my reformer so much easier and more comfortable. Without it I was struggling doing my on-the-side exercises and trying to check foot position at the same time. I used the same cushion at the gym and had to get one for home as well. This cushion is a must in ensuring you're doing your exercises correctly without hurting your neck. The balls are great, but I was particularly impressed with the company's service. When my original order was held up by the floods, Sharon not only sent me a new set but also included some little extras! This head cushion is the perfect size for mat or reformer pilates, helping you maintain excellent spinal alignment for your side lying exercises.The cushion is firm so it provides great support, and it is well made.
