Mat Pilates is a floor based workout, we normally do it on the mat. We may use some props during the class, such as: Pilates balls, Pilates Circles, Small weights/Dumbbells, Pilates Bands etc.
Mat Pilates is aimed at improving flexibility and muscle tone. Pilates also focuses on balancing our energetic body & mind.
We also do Pilates for physical use, as this is a wholistic practice which can transform and heal, specially for someone who has spine or lower back injuries.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is an exercise machine used for your Pilates workout. Many poses come from Mat work Pilates.
Each Reformer Machine will have a headrest, shoulder rest, springs, carriage, ropes, pulleys and a footbar.
Most of the reformers are made from wooden and aluminum material.

Combo Chair/Wunda Chair
Combo Chair and Wunda Chair are slightly different practices.
The Wunda Chair comes with a stopper, but Wunda Chair does not come with a stopper.
As the size is small, it's really suitable for someone who doesn't have enough at home, or wants to save space in their Pilates Studio. It can help you to stretch and strength your body.
